The Roast Room is all about art; the art of food and interior design. When entering the restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to the halved pigs hanging upside down. The interior is designed by Studio Modijefsky and Studio Molen, who ensured that this is now one of the most stylish restaurants in Amsterdam.
The Roast Room looks very modern and contemporary. This is also the case for its food. The restaurant includes two floor levels. On the ground floor, you will find The Roast Bar. This is a brasserie style restaurant, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here you have a clear view on the butcher, the heart of the establishment. The Rotisserie is situated on the second floor. This is a fine dining restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner. Here, you will find a large open kitchen so that you can see how your food is prepared.
